“Staff is always welcoming and accommodating. This facility smells very fresh when you enter. The administrator Brandon makes you feel like you’re a friend and is very helpful. Residents always look so happy, and staff was very friendly to me. I got to taste the food one Friday while visiting my friend who lives there and the lunch was wonderful.” – David Lingston
“My mom was there for a month before passing away in late October. Every time we visited, the staff was very nice, and they all knew my mom by name and checked in to make sure she was comfortable. The facility was clean. My dad was also impressed with how good of care they took of mom and him as well.” - Mike Price
“My Dad was a resident for 3 months at Pleasant Valley. It is not a “perfect place” as no where is. However, Brandon Boswell (Executive Director) will earnestly listen to all concerns and do his very best to make them right. In my opinion, you can’t ask for much more than that. The therapists (Ashley and Krystal) are phenomenal and dedicated to their craft serving the facility for over 15 years. Overall, the team made every effort to do all they could for my father. I appreciate their kindness and positive attitudes. I would recommend them over any other Skilled Nursing Facility in Little Rock.” – Rhonda Izard
“I have nothing but a great review for this facility. I stayed here for two weeks and they treated me very well. The staff is very professional and caring couldn’t ask for a better place to stay for rehab after a long hospitalization. PT and OT were also very very good and was attentive to my individual needs. Even the food was excellent. Management was also very kind and responsive.” – Anita Hall
