Qualified Care
With a combined 100+ years of service experience, our multidisciplinary staff and medical team provide outstanding individualized care for our elders. We have physicians, nurse practitioners, and other professionals who specialize in a variety of areas, including speech pathology, wound care, physical and occupational therapy, dentistry, podiatry and eye care. They work together to create comprehensive and customized packages of medical and health care to best serve each elder’s needs.
Costs & Payments
Costs vary by individual needs, and there are many payment options, including private-pay, Medicaid, LTC Insurance, and private insurance plans. We are in-network with United HealthCare, Allwell, Humana, and Blue Cross Blue Shield.
Our skilled administrative staff is well-prepared to help with the Medicaid application and appeals process, as well as any cost and payment-related questions.
